We offer condominiums at several different locations in and near town.

MAIN LOCATION: The majority of our condominiums are at our Main Location at 215 5th Avenue. Located one half block off of Main Street, the shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. Our Main Location has a hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities and a barbecue pit on the premises.

GRANDVIEW LOCATION: Just as the name implies, the view from our Grandview condominiums is spectacular. Study the waterfalls and mining history on the mountains across the valley from the front picture window. The back deck or patios are built around the foundation of an old mining mill and the mountains shoot straight up from there! Across the street, the new "River Walk" path follows the Uncompahgre River for a relaxing evening stroll. Located approximately 3/4 of a mile from the center of town our Grandview location allows you to have it all.

CASCADE LOCATION: Our Cascade Condominiums are less than three blocks from the center of town and have fabulous views of either the Amphitheater mountains on the east or Mt. Hayden to the south. The condominiums are less that five blocks from the Ouray Hot Springs pool. If you consult our city map you will see they are located on 2nd Street between 7th and 8th Ave.
