Our Main Location is downtown at 215 5th Avenue and has a hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities and barbecue pit on the premises. The shops and restaurants of Main Street are just a half a block away!

Grandview Location
Just as the name implies, the view from our Grandview condominiums is spectacular. Study the waterfalls and mining history on the mountains across the valley from the front picture window. The back deck or patio is built around the foundation of an old mining mill and the mountains shoot straight up from there! Across the street, the new "River Walk" path follows the Uncompahgre River for a relaxing evening stroll. Located approximately 3/4 of a mile from the center of town our Grandview location allows you to have it all.

The Cascade Park townhomes are less than three blocks from the center of town and has a fabulous view of either the Amphitheater mountains on the east or Mt. Hayden to the south. If you consult our map you will see that they are located on 2nd Street between 7th and 8th Ave. near the Uncompaghre River.
