Guest are responsible for ALL of the Rental Policies.
Please read carefully.
MAXIMUM
OCCUPANCY: Maximum
occupancy limits may NOT be exceeded. Maximum occupancy for any
condominium is the total number of adults and children (no
longer sleeping in a portable crib). If the number of guests in
your party changes, please notify us immediately.
DEPOSIT
POLICY:
Half of the total room charge or one night’s stay (whichever is
greater) is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is
due 24 hours prior to arrival.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due 24 hours prior to arrival. The reservation
deposit is applied to end of stay. No refunds for early
check-out. Payment may be in the form of cash, travelers
checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: Guests
canceling 40 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full
refund less a $40 per unit cancellation fee. Guests
canceling less than 40 days prior to arrival will forfeit their
deposit.
CHECK-IN TIME:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-out time is at 10:30 am. Late departures will be charged $25
per hour.
NO PETS:
Guests and
visitors are not allowed to bring pets on the premises. If
it becomes known that a pet is on the grounds, a charge of $500.00
per day
will be added to the unit rental charge and the guest may be asked
to leave. Many people are very sensitive to pet odors and
appreciate a room free from these odors.
GUEST PHONE: Dial
970-325-4972 to reach guests currently staying with us. Our
automated directory will give you the extension numbers for guests
staying at our Main Location or the local number to reach
guests staying at one of our other property locations. Guests
staying at our Main Location have access to private voicemail
boxes.
OFF-SEASON
PACKAGES: We periodically
offer several attractively priced off-season packages. Please ask
us for details about current offerings.
CRIBS & HIGH
CHAIRS: We will provide
a portable crib and high chair at no extra charge upon request. Cribs and high
chairs may be reserved at the time you make your reservation.
NO SMOKING:
We
are a non-smoking establishment. There is a $500 per day fee for smoking or
the smell of smoke. Many people are very sensitive to smoke odors
and appreciate a room free from these odors.
BICYCLES:
Bicycles are not permitted in the units.
TOWELS: Please do
not take our towels from the condominium. Towels are provided
at the hot tub
and sauna - feel free to leave used hot tub towels in your
condominium. Makeup, car dirt and grease do not come out of the linens.
Please do not use our towels for makeup removal or cleaning
purposes. Towels permanently damaged will be charged to the guest.
RAGS:
If you need rags for any purpose, they are provided under the
kitchen sink.
PARKING:
Our parking area will not accommodate large campers, extra trailers
or other extra vehicles. Please inquire in the office for parking
such vehicles. There is no assigned parking.
TRAILERS:
Guests bringing trailers should contact us ahead of time to discuss
possible arrangements or there may not be adequate parking
available.
CHILDREN:
We
ask parents to control their children. Excessive yelling and
running on stairs and grounds may be disturbing to other guests.
NEGLIGENCE:
We
provide clean, comfortable rooms for your stay. Guests will be
held responsible for any damages to the property, the rooms or their
contents.
SECURITY:
Please make sure your personal belongings are secure. Alpenglow
Resort Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
